The “Digital TCLF” project confirms the emerging need for digital skills in the TCLF sectors

The results of a company survey conducted under the Erasmus+ Project “Digital TCLF 2025” have been published, confirming the relevance of 9 emerging digital occupations in the Textile, Clothing, Leather and Footwear (TCLF) sectors. It details the extent of the demand for each digital occupation in the respective TCLF sectors and alerts educational centres to the need to adapt or create new training programmes as companies will require qualified people to fill such emerging occupations with a strong digital component.

El proyecto Ecotextyle, coordinado por el CTCR, avanza en el desarrollo de una plataforma online formativa sobre calzado sostenible

El Centro Tecnológico del Calzado de La Rioja, CTCR, así como el resto de las organizaciones participantes se dieron cita el pasado mes de junio en Kettering, Reino Unido, con el fin de avanzar en el proyecto Ecotextyle que permitirá el desarrollo de una herramienta online, a partir de la cual trabajadores de los sectores calzado y textil ampliarán su formación en materia de producción sostenible. Se trata de la segunda reunión transnacional, organizada por el socio británico SATRA Technology Centre, donde el equipo de trabajo determinó, sobre todo, los materiales de aprendizaje que dotarán de contenido a la plataforma.
