Der Bundesverband der Schuh- und Lederwarenindustrie empfiehlt allen Herstellern und Importeuren ihre Produkte und Materialien regelmäßig von unabhängigen Instituten auf Schadstoffe prüfen zu lassen.

Schuhindustrie und IG BCE unterzeichnen modernen bundesweiten Mantel-tarifvertrag

Nachdem die Gewerkschaft IG BCE im September 2016 neben den Lohn- und Gehaltstarifverträgen alle Manteltarifverträge der deutschen Schuhindustrie zum 31. Dezember 2016 gekündigt hatte, wurde nun nach langen, schwierigen und intensiven Verhandlungen ein neuer Manteltarifvertrag mit bundesweiter Gültigkeit unterzeichnet. Der zum 1. Mai 2019 in Kraft getretene Manteltarifvertrag hat eine Laufzeit bis 31. Dezember 2025 und regelt jetzt die Arbeitsbedingungen sowohl für gewerbliche als auch für kaufmännisch/technische Angestellte. Der Manteltarifvertrag entspricht der neuesten Rechtsprechung und ist geschlechterneutral. Außerdem enthält der Vertrag erstmals Regelungen für voll- und teilkontinuierliche Schichtbetriebe und schafft die Möglichkeit flexible Arbeitszeitregelungen von 32 bis 47 Wochenstunden zu treffen.
