CanadaFoot Crafters is a company specialized in personalized insoles and foot orthoses. With the help of a computer and a graphic interface, it is possible to visualize in real time the foot's pressure distribution as well as proceed with two or three dimensional shape analysis. The data gathered can then be sent internally or via Internet to our manufacturing site. The manufacturing process of the orthesis is completely computer assisted. A numerically controlled milling machine then creates the orthesis on carefully chosen materials. The Expert-Fit system, with its breakthrough technology, allows for a quicker and much more precise technology can therefor be easily inserted in a computerized manufacturing process allowing us to offer our clients, in a very short time, superior products that are perfectly adapted to their needs.
