The Minister of Ethiopia, Dr. Arkebe Oqubay and Mr. Tino Zeiske, SVP of METRO GROUP will kick off the forum on two separate days. Sustainability has ever become so integrated into the apparel and footwear supply chain. Ways to drive further adoption at all price points and leverage common tools to improve sustainability performance whilst cost control, will be discussed by professionals from CTC, H&M, Primark, SAC and TAL on the first forum day. On the second day, the current status of the environmental policy of the textile and apparel industry in China, the new policies and the recommended approaches will also be updated by the Chinese policy formulator. GAFTI and SAC will make their announcement of the upcoming collaboration when the forum goes to the end.
