We are one of the leading companies worldwide in the manufacturing of machinery and equipment to process polyurethane foams and elastomers. Our company operates in the polyurethane and expanded foams machinery sector since 20 years ago when it started its production with machinery to produce polyurethane and elastomers shoes, soles and saddles.

In 1991 it manufactured the first complete continuous production line to produce rigid polyurethane foam boards. Since then the company has manufactured more than 48 complete continuous lines for rigid polyurethane foam boards with different types of facers, which is a really impressive growth, plus more than 300 machinery for shoes, soles, saddles

Our actual production includes:

- Discontinuous plants to manufacture and process rigid, flexible or integral skin polyurethane and elastomers products (shoes, soles, saddles, wheels, automotive parts ...), with solutions suitable to any requirements: from simple and versatile movable platforms, up to complete carousel plants.

- Continuous machinery and lines to manufacture rigid polyurethane foam boards with different types of facers, either rigid or flexible, (steel, aluminium, copper, paper, aluminium foil ...). These can be supplied as turnkey plants as well as single part or machinery for any step of the manufacturing process. We can even easily offer to our customers existing machinery upgrade and adjustments. A particular technology allows us to supply continuous plants that can process composite panels insulated with mineral wool, either oriented or not, instead of rigid polyurethane foam, or both mineral wool and rigid polyurethane foam together which are named as Combi.

We are equipped with the latest electronic control and management technologies to simplify and fasten any manufacturing process. During these years of engineering and on field job the company has developed its technology in any of these sectors and is now considered one of the leading companies world-wide. Pu.Ma. has developed its own technology and relative system and equipment to use pentanes as blowing agents. The system can be easily adapted to any existing machinery and is sized and tailored to meet any particular need. We have already supplied our system to many customers, either for new machinery as for old or existing ones. We have even developed a complete system to control pentane emission and pollution in the atmosphere which is very advanced in technology, with simple running and maintenance, and really competitive in price and running and operating costs.
