Dunlop Protective Footwear is a modern pan-European company with its roots going back more than a century. The present company is a fusion of companies that started life in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal and Norway. A fusion of experiences, expertise and manufacturing capability originating from widely differing climates, cultures and markets. The resulting company is well equipped to operate world-wide and concentrates its activities on the professional and semi-professional protective footwear markets. Target groups are professionals who need safety & protection and also the retail & leisure segment that benefits from the spin-off from the development of professional products. Geographically the market is global with a strong focus on Western Europe.

We are a small workshop in SW Scotland making 20 different styles  of footwear (including 6 types of clogs) to individual 's own outlines and measurements of their feet by mail order. We also  have a shop at the workshop where we sell stock and made to measure footwear direct to the public.
